  • Larson will NOT cover parking at the Hyatt.

• Check-in
  • Incidentals – Larson is covering the cost of the room and taxes. Employees will have to put a card down for incidentals, which will be refunded by the hotel after checkout.
  • Bag drop – available on arrival at The Hyatt Regency at the Concierge Desk under Larson Summer Event

• Transportation
  • Transportation will be available to and from The Armory on Wednesday night.
