Connor is a Senior Associate with a wide array of responsibilities, including conducting market research, selecting investments, and fostering business growth. He is passionate about crafting holistic financial plans tailored to the unique needs of his clients.

Before joining WorkOptional in 2018, Connor began his career at Craig-Hallum Capital Group. As an Investment Banking Analyst, he played a pivotal role in equity capital raises and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to his time at Craig-Hallum, he gained valuable insights through internships in corporate finance for a national consumer foods company and in private equity research.

Connor holds a Bachelor of Science degree in International Management with a focus on Financial Economics from Gustavus Adolphus College. Outside of the classroom, he showcased his talents as a member of the men’s basketball team and demonstrated his entrepreneurial spirit by emerging as a finalist in the Gustie Entrepreneur Cup.

Connor lives in the vibrant North Loop area of Minneapolis, where he resides with his fiancée, Taylor. An avid outdoor enthusiast, he enjoys wake surfing and immersing himself in nature. He has a passion for travel, exploring new destinations, and indulging in the delights of the local restaurant and wine scenes.
