As Business Administrator & Sr. Paraplanner, Margaret oversees the intricacies of operations, including marketing, onboarding, event planning, and client engagement. An engaging and passionate customer service expert, she is committed to anticipating her clients’ needs and exceeding their expectations.

Before joining WorkOptional in 2017, Margaret was the Marketing & Membership director at the prestigious Minneapolis Club for over two decades. While there, she cultivated her expertise in catering to the needs of prominent individuals and families, and spearheaded initiatives to ensure each guest experienced seamless and exceptional service from start to finish.

Margaret holds a Bachelor of Science in Food Science from UW Stout and furthered her education through the Certified Financial Planning (CFP ®) program at the Minnesota State University-Mankato. Beyond her professional commitments, she served as President of the MN Chapter of La Chaine des Rotisseures, an esteemed international food and wine organization, from 2014 to 2019, and has held a board membership for over two decades.

Residing in New Hope, MN, Margaret finds joy and fulfillment in family life with her three children, two dogs, a cat, and a bearded dragon, treasuring every moment amidst the bustling energy of her home.
