Melanie Young has been a valued member of Larson Financial Group since November 2022, bringing a wealth of expertise from her extensive career in the Financial Services industry, which commenced in 2015. As the Director of Operations, Melanie adeptly oversees the daily operations of the office, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. She is deeply committed to fostering and nurturing strong relationships with clients, relishing the opportunity to connect with them personally and witnessing the positive impact of her team’s efforts.

Originally from the dynamic Hampton Roads area of Virginia, Melanie relocated to Indiana in 2022 to be closer to her mother. Although she did not pursue a traditional college education, she began her professional journey at the age of 14, acquiring a diverse skill set through high school courses in computer technology, marketing, and other disciplines. Outside of her professional responsibilities, Melanie enjoys engaging in creative projects such as graphic design, crafting vinyl decals, drawing, and painting. She is also a proud dog mom to Harley, her cherished Rottweiler. Melanie greatly appreciates the camaraderie and collaborative spirit of her team at Midwest/Larson, considering her colleagues to be like family.
